Our employees devote an incredible amount of time volunteering and participating in any event that proves to be a worthy cause.
Each Southern location has a culture committee dedicated to maintaining our unique culture ‘no matter what’. They are committed to the following:
- They seek out new opportunities to reach out to the community with varied charities, events, or volunteering.
- To address requests for sponsorship and donations, reviewing each option carefully, hoping to fulfill the committee’s purpose.
- To encourage and build a cohesive team by providing fun events for our Blue Crew
